HOW TO MAKE FORMS & REPORTS

FORMS 

1 . Query : Booking Resit .
2. Choose create form by using wizard .
3. Just like to do a queries step's , move all the informations on it >> (all)


4. Click next and choose "justified" .


5. Choose "the form design" .


6 . Click finish and this is finish result .


7.  You see have a "Footer form" and "drag" it down .


8 . Okay now , make sure click both of "selected colour & control wizard" (see on red's stroke) .


9 . After that , click "command button" to make an navigations / operations fulfill . 
10 . First choose "record operations" and then do one by one , such as "add new record" , "save record" and "delete record" . 




11 . Then , choose "record navigation" . 
12. Click and choose "go to next record" , "go to previous record" and "print operations" .


13. This is finish result .


REPORT 

1 . Create report by using Wizard .
2. Choose table : booking .
3 . Move  an all informations on it . just like before .


4. Just click next , next and next . 
5. Follow the steps below .





6 . That's it ! Mission are completed . (form view)


HOW TO MAKE QUARIES

1. Create Queries . 
2 . Click on create query by using wizard .


3 . you must create query by booking resit .
4. enter all the information in the box .
 (Available Fields) in the (Selected Fields) .



5. this is finish result .


6 .  now click on query Design View .


7. do the payment resit . two table will be appreare on that.
add "all" the information except "product" .



8 . you must fill it  one by one . (informations)


9. this is finish result .

HOW TO CREATE A DATABASE

1. Go to left and choose "Start button" then click Microsoft Access 2003 or 2007




 Create a database . Choose "Create an new file"




 Click on "Blank database" (underline)




✖ You must create "a new folder" (your name or your group name)




 Choose your "Locate Folder"  and click "create"



How to create table in "design view"


1. Choose table and click table in "Design view"




You must insert "field name and data type"






2. And then "field properties" with its description

  •  all you need is just press F1 for guide you using it. 
  • which is will help you about what you cannot understand.

3. Change the fieldsize StudentID from 50 to 15





4. Highlight row on StudentID (right click) see it : primary key 




5. Add primary key (looks like house key) toolbar




6 . Save ur document . Go to file (write "student" name ) 




How to create "table wizard"

and click "Finish"
